PayPal Limitation
 

Hello community,

Before 5-6 months my stealth paypal was limited(permanently). It seems this month, they should release my funds in to that account. Before 4-5 days I received an email from paypal, saying that they need to verify my identity. I think i will use ID from my family( I used my ID on my main paypal ). When I click to "Resolve Account Issue", i'm getting error - You can't use paypal anymore.

Emailed them, but meanwhile, i want to get help too by you fellas.

As I said above, i think to use family member's ID, instead of mine because I alraedy gave mine before a year/s ago for my main PP. Also there is a problem, my stealth's pp name is different and need to change it if I need to use family member's ID.

Your name on docs must match the one on your account
Email/call paypal ask them for direct upload link. So you can send in docs

Alright, but first I need to change the paypal name, which to match with the ID. Will wait for their response.

Update;

Before 3 days I wrote to them 2 emails, but still i do not have any response. I do not know what is going on, i didn't have issue like this before(not getting a response ). I do not even get the automated paypal support message to reread the articles before contacting them.

I dont think you can change your PAYPAL name to match your ID name on the ID you plan to submit.
you must change your name on your ID to match the Paypal name,if it can be done at all.

Ye, need to change my name in PayPal first, before doing anything else for confirming the identity with another name. As I read on it, they require something like certificate of changed name? Uhm.. I asked them, waiting for response. Will update when I get answer.
