Paypal limit 10€ per trans and withdraw to card pending / REWARD!
 

Hello
I alaredy posted in paypal talk but i think that is better category for it.
I recently sold my computer and when i recieve the money paypal asked for ID and receipt. I provided everything and now i dont see any message abotu the limits and also my funds got released.
But now i have problem that i cannot send more than 10 €/$ per transaction or buy anything anywhere more than 10€.
I tried to withdraw about 200€ from 900€ the money to my credit card and they said that they need 72 hours for verify my transaction.Meanwhile i spend about 50-70€ on ebay and other stores to buy some things that i need. But the problem is that i cannot afford that my money is holded by paypal for lets say 90 or even 180 days, becuase im going to school and every euro is important for me. If you have any idea or if you can solve this case for me i will give you fair percentage of total transaction cashed out from this paypal.
I hope that you could help me, becuase i really cannot afford to delay money becuase of alot expenses.

I just got this email for withdraw action and i need again to give my ID and proof that i send item. I send them both again, what i could expext now?

You need to call Paypal,
France is in EU,may be someone from EU will know

in your case keep calm and dont try to withdraw, send and spend money daily usually after a while pp antifraudsystem doesnt detect anyth. susp., you dont have to wait 90 days, just dont use your account for like 1week

did you read his second email,Paypal has reversed the transaction,it thinks the transaction is fraudulent,he does not have the money anymore,I hope he has not shipped his PC

I get this all the time selling high risk ... (couple of times a year)

You should be covered for unauthorized claims if you sent the PC with end to end tracking. As long as you have, then all you can do is wait for paypal to do their investigations and they will automatically release the funds. 100% of the time they have in my case.
