Got perma banned

Hi! Here's my story shortly:

I sell Web Development, SEO and Social Media Marketing services. Today I got permanently banned for some reason. I make frequent withdrawals, so only $400 got held for the next 180 days. Called supports but it's useless.

What should I do from now on? Is buying a Paypal account a viable option for me? I would like to resume my business ASAP. Paypal is mandatory for me, 90%+ of my clients payed by Paypal

You answered your own question. You need a new PayPal account, it's not just a viable option, it's your only option.
