PP limited after attempt to send a payment
 

Received a pretty big payment from a customer into an account that had crossed 1800 threshold limit with that payment. The payment went on eBay hold. At the same time received a standard request to send in ID and PoA. Provided them, waited for 2 days, nothing happened, but received "Funds available". Tried to pay to my real account, with a mark "return of old debt", and got instantly limited and now they want again - ID, tracking (completed already as item already delivered), invoice and information about payment. It seems that too much stress done to the account in a short time? What is the point of telling me funds are available, if I can't really send them anywhere.

Also, another issue is that I've provided ID, track, invoice without issues, but when I try to provide explanation about the payment received - it just says something went wrong, and I am unable to provide it. How to overcome it?

My stealth account is more than a year old, with a CREDIT card added. My real account is like 15 years old, fully verified, and capable of receiving any amounts without any questions asked as has very big and rich history,

sending large friend and family payment from one Paypal account to another Paypal account runs the risk of fee avoidance

yes that's normal. Europan accounts always recive the 1800 veification and with time usually they request tracking and invoices.

It also happens that both of those can come at the same time.

about the big payment, it is becuase it might look like you want to take the money and run away (for paypal).

About the submition form, i had the same problem once with trackings but when i tryed 2 days after it worked all fine (it just was not clickable)

she has provided tracking and invoice,I assume tracking shows delivered.
as to runaway with her money,who does not want to run away with big bucks>
wait a few days and try again.
payment is usually released 3 days after tracking shows delivered some high risk items can be longer,up to 21 days,but if they have said fund available,you should be able to send or transfer to your bank

when i had a restriction like this, they asked me for trackings which were sold on the same day. i went to send the items on the next day and provided them the trackings and they restored it on the next day.

It was not even possible to tell by the tracking what the destinationcountry, so I really do not understand how can be confident that everything is normal. Oh and the invoice was drawn aswell.


I think it is easier to pass this restriction with ⊗⊗⊗⊗info than with real one
