PayPal limitation
 
Hi,

Any help would be appreciated.

PayPal asked for ID and proof of address.

I uploaded docs about a week ago and the account is still limited. How long should it take for the account to be reviewed? And limitations taken off?

It has now been 5 working days, wondering if this is the normal?

I usually get the result 24-48 hours after uploading the docs.
I usually call them to know what's up and message their Facebook Support - it seems they respond much faster there.

No that's not normal and does not bode well.
Id call them and find out for certain though.
