Has anybody been able to pressure Paypal into releasing their funds before 180 days?
 

I've seen lots posts of people all the way from 2009,2015 to 2016 stating that they pressured PayPal into releasing their funds before 180 days. 60 to around 90 days had passed at maximum I believe they basically sent e-mails out to around 30 different people(higher-ups I believe) and they would get their funds released early. I don't really see anyone talking about this anymore and the users that used to do this aren't even really active here anymore.

That was then... The current talk of the town is how much of a chance you stand to get your money out after 180 days.

Probably only possible using lawyers / court.

Correct - these are not that common - especially with the recent SSN mandate

You have to have very good reasons why they should release your payment before 180 days.
buyers leaving good feedback is no assurance they would not file chargeback in 180 days.
