Avoiding Limitations

Hi guys,

I have noticed that all of my newly created paypal accounts when i first start selling do not get limited up to a certain threshold.

The problem is that the threshold is relatively low so i want to know, in order to save time and avoid these kind of limitations, what tricks can be used to bypass it or avoid it for as long as possible ?

What is the recommended daily sale amounts on a new ebay/paypal combo ?

If i make a sale, then leave it for 48h, then come back again and make a second sale (which then both combined exceed the threshold) , is a good way to avoid the limitation ?

Do you think if i make multiple listings on a single ebay account, each with different paypal for receiving the money is a good idea ?

Please don't suggest for me to just wait and build the ebay/paypal account long term, since this has proven to not work for me, eventually they get suspended and there goes all my hard work.

I am just trying to get the most out of a paypal account before it gets limited.

I am also currently unable to sell my best product (which is around $500) because at that price the paypal account gets instantly limited.

Looking forward for your suggestions/experiences.

Re: Avoiding Limitations

I have a few paypal accounts and mostly selling the same product.

From expirince every account gets limited sooner or later and they ask for trackings and invoices.

On one account i got this limitation after 4 month and 30k GBP recived and on another one i got it after i recived 6 payments.

However in my opionon is that it is beter to get it sooner and try to bypass it by submitting docs. The trackings they ask for are usually from the same day or the last day when the limitation happened, so you still have the chance to send an empty envelope by registed mail (even if you dropship). just virtual goods is bad.

Reciving funds on multiple paypals is not a problem.

Building trust over time is the bigest bull**** what people can say. Of course you cant list 100 items on a fresh account. But from expierience every ebayaccount gets mc011 sooner or later. (even if you sell for 5 month the same items in the same quantity and have 500 feedback).

I also noticed when paypal gets limited they usually ask for proof of delivery for family and friend payments. so i would avoid those.

I recomend to have many paypals and ebays at the same time

Re: Avoiding Limitations

May i know in what price range your items are that enable you to get up to 6 payments until limitation, also the paypal account country ?

I haven't had situations like you where they ask for tracking information documents only, usually with tracking documents they also ask for proof of identity as well, at this point the account is gone.

"Reciving funds on multiple paypals is not a problem." - this is in regards to this question ?
