Who to contact at PayPal for an answer...

I am trying to get a higher-up to read my email for an appeal for my permanently limited account. The PayPal emails I have tried and they get bounced back are :

crme@paypal.com
escalations@paypal.com

Any suggestions? The phone numbers that have been previously posted in Aspkin are no longer working.

complain department. But it is mainly for complains before you escalte them to the autoritys. Problem is it takes 20-30 days until they answer.

If you have no money on the pp, or only 180 days hold just drop the acc and make a new one
