Paypal Account suspended
 

My Paypal account got suspended now because i have use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name

I have phone them to change my name but they have refused and told me that i should have used my real name, well now the problem is that i have Pending (on hold payment ) from ebay which should be cleared in a few weeks

So how i will do to get back my money ?

Please kindly help me, it is the first time my Pp account got suspended :(

if you have not shipped the item,cancel the order and the money would go back to the buyer and you will get your FVF back from Ebay.
then open a new Paypal account in your real name,if possible

My Ebay Account got suspended first, then after a few days i have received a message from Paypal asking for ID Verification, and when i have called them i have told them that i was using a different name ( a nick name) which they said is not allowed...

Well the reason i was using a different name because i had multiple paypal and ebay account... now they have suspended my paypal account and i got pending money on it for items i have sold on ebay...

now i don't know how to retrieve back my pending money to my Real name..

Usually you just give them what they ask for using "creative" docs.

You shot your own foot. You won't ever see that money again ... You told them you are using a phake account.

Best thing you can do is contact the buyer, tell them you are refunding them and ask them to send you the money via bank transfer or to another paypal account.

just cancel the order and relist the item,things like that spooks a buyer .
you cant use that ebay account anymore ,if you link another paypal account,Paypal will know and suspend that account as well.

You mean that i could have send them a phake id and they would have unlocked my account?

i had just to use photoshop and send them the phake name ?

now yeah it's suspended and i will have to find a way to contact the buyer :S

both ebay and paypal account got suspended.

if both ebay and paypal accounts are suspended,you cant even cancel your ebay order.
buyer will then file INR with eBAY and get his moneyback.

Sorry i mean Ebay is limited, and paypal suspended...

So i won't be able to tell my client to pay me again...

well first of all i prefer to have a good account :/

Paypal will not recognize anything if you can't do error or give info as you did

Relisting an item on a suspended account just to needlessly spook a buyer.

I mean some day in the future when she has a new and clean Ebay account,the item is still in her possession,she can take new pictures and list ,under a different Ebay ID.
But she has not told us if she has shipped the item?
asking the buyer to send payment to a different Paypal account or send a check or banktransfer spook the buyer,
sending non electronic payment buyer gets no buyer protection,sending outside Ebay. buyer gets no Ebay moneyback protection.
Most buyers do not want to deal with seller who has been suspended.
