Help!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys,
the past couple of weeks have been really rough. first, one of my paypal account(Stealth) got limited and i was asked to provide tracking, invoice, DL, Utility bill and SSN. i provided this documents except for the SSN, yesterday i got the 180 days notice. i immediately called paypal and an account specialist told me there's nothing they could do, i will have to wait 180 days to withdrew my money, i have about 2000 in that account. woke up this money to find out another paypal account has been limited as well. the strange thing is that I Did not get an email from paypal notifying me of the limitation. i logged into my account and i found out it was limited... i got 3 ebay bid cancellation notice emails for ebooks purchased over almost a couple of months ago, then an MC 183 limitation notice from the ebay account linked to this paypal. i never got an email from paypal itself notifying of the limitation.. i know for sure both paypal account werent linked.. i recieved a good amount of money over the weekend so i think this is why i got limited. so now im asked to provide a lot of things, SSN, Suppliers info, invoice, verify phone, ID, utility bill...i dont know what to do since i never received an account limitation notice from paypal, i have about 4500 in this account... please help

Sorry to hear it. Been there done that.

I have found that there is no way to get around the SSN verification. I have heard of just a few talking Paypal into releasing their funds after supplying them with everything they asked for besides the SSN number by pleading with Paypal stating that, I do not and will not give my SSN number out to anyone over the phone or online period!

Unless you can do this or supply them with a ssn number that matches the name, you will probably have to wit the 180 days to get your money out.

I never keep much money in my Paypal account. I transfer all funds to my bank account everyday.

When creating a stealth account I usually use a friends name. By using a friends name if you ever get in a situation like this, you could possibly get them to enter their ssn number for you by offering them cash.

Thanks Webguy, i bypassed SSN before, i just spoke to a representative just now and he told me i shouldnt have any problem if i provide the rest of the documents requested, my account is in good standing. he told me to upload the document and call back, they will review the account immediately and i should be able to get account back today however, i dont know if i should upload the docs or fax it in because this is a stealth account and i have to get creative.the document requested are DL and utility bill, also what if i upload Black and white? he told me if i fax it in it might take awhile and its better i upload it and call back and they will review it over the phone. Upload the stuff. Make sure it's black and white (actually grayscale), but low resolution. Covers up the creative amendments.

I wasnt successful getting the limitation off this time. everything was fine except for my suppliers info. i gave them some craigslist listings for suppliers unfortunately, the listings were flagged the next day so when they went to check the listings they found nothing so they just gave the 180 days limitation. i called and explained, they told me this was why they gave a permanent limitation. Also, they told me to try and contact the sellers i bought items off of craigslist and i will definitely need to provide my SSN in order to reverse the limitation this time around due to the amount in my account. so i will just wait 180 days.

yes u can sweet talk them on the phone and get around the s.s. number. My friend did it 2 months ago.
