Paypal limiting my accounts after first low-price sale.
 

Hello everyone.

I've been creating and using many stealth accounts for a year or so, and never faced this issue before.

The last 4 PayPal accounts I have created have all been limited as soon as the first eBay sale comes in.

My method is the same as always...new user account, IP, name, address etc...

The sales are usually priced 14$

I've never had this issue before, i don't know if it's a VCC thing or what. Anyone knows what might be wrong?

are those VCCs the only new thing? you didn't use before?

Limitation after the first sale is NOT unusual for PayPal. Sometimes PayPal would limit your account even before you sell and receive the payment. They limit you just because you have a listing on eBay, but usually for high risk items like phones and branded items. So even though $14 is little amount it may have been posted in category that is considered risky.

The problem with paypal is that you can't use the same rule all time. You can't expect what would happen since there are many variables involved. Sometimes you do the same action on 2 paypal accounts one will work fine but the other will be limited even though they are identical in terms of creation activity ... etc. Sometimes you can't understand what was wrong. I feel like their algorithm is sometimes enforced strictly depending on the season.

Your Ebay accounts linked to your new Paypal accounts,are they existing Ebay accounts or new ones you created to match the new Paypal accounts?
if they are new,how did you create them>
