Everything was going good. Had about 2k in the account waiting to be released. Suddenly got a call from paypal on my prepaid phone ran upstairs to answer and was too late. Called back immediately and it went to the call center who told me they didnt know why anyone was calling. 30 min later BOOM limited. They want everything. I could punch a nun right now im so pissed. All this because i was one ring too late to the phone.

Then say rats 99 times, calm down: phone them back & ask to speak to a manager & explain what happened. If you are professional (read that as sux big time) you may be successful. Have all the details etc....people can get limitations removed with phone calls: wtf should you be penalized for missing a phone call when you ♥♥♥ paypal ;)

People can't be scared of Paypal, it will only make things worse. Phone calls do wonders for us and hopefully for you as well. Treat them like the professionals they are (HAH!) and you should be treated like one as well. GO GET EM!!!

yeah already tried that when i called the first time. I got the whole "we cant lift this limitation without you filling out sending the info"

Just send them the info they want and you should be all set. If not, get em back!

They do that on the first call: that's why I suggested escalating it to speaking to a manager. Many of us have had the same response & pushed paypal...if at first you don't succeed, try again.

its 9pm where i am. should i still call. any suggestions on what to say?

wow couple documents and they reinstated with me on the phone.
