Can paypal detect with new phone
 

I'm banned from PayPal but have moved house so got fresh identity. I have bought a new phone but using same icloud and back up from old phone (which old banned paypal account is on). Will paypal be able to link the accounts? i have cleared all cookies.

I mean if you have a new phone that means you have new sim card right? I don't think it would there are certain loopholes/exceptions to these things.

Yes you need new phone no, if you used paypal app on the phone then you cant use it, if you use it just in browser then simply reset the phone and use it

Hi, can you elaborate on "simply reset the phone"? In my experience once you create a new account on a smartphone they fingerprint the platform and many other things, so you can't use it for another account, regardless if you use the app or the browser. I have multiple accounts and mutiple phones. Would be nice to find a way to use the same phone over and over, without paying monthly fees to kameleo or similar softwares.

no they cant, always use fresh sims though.
