You can't use PayPal anymore
 

I have just had a PayPal closed down and i have no idea why.

I am not selling iffy products and i have perfect feedbacks etc.

They have not explained why this is they have just said that i can no longer use it and i dont even think i can appeal.

Anyone have any idea why this may be? I am confused.

So was it stealth? Real? How much did you sell? Need lots of info.

feedback means little,if you have a stealth account and they find out it is linked to a suspended account,

We can't just guess. We need more info on your activities.

In most cases,they have linked you to another account and that account has been suspended by PAYPAL

Yes it was stealth.

I was selling £3-4 items. Turned over say £600-700 a month.

The account has been active 9-10 months.

It is in a bit of a wary niche but the item i was selling is 100% not a problem.

if it is not what you have sold,then it has to do with you.or your alter ego from the past.
Paypal does not have to give you a reason,as it does not want you to go around it

Honestly that kind of activity is considered low risk.

You used your usual location, IP, computer etc?
Never made multiple mistakes to get linked to other accounts?

No to all that i am pretty good with these things i would say.

I can think of only 1 thing i have done wrong.

For months when i logged into paypal it would occasionally ask me to either update phone number (at least i think it was this off the top of my head).

I would always click next time. Laziness.

Not sure if this would cause the issue or not but thats the only thing i can think i have not done well.

it doesn't mean always you did something wrong. Reviewing accounts in paypal is something subjective. The "deemed risk" varies from one agent to another. Unfortunately there is no clear strict formula all agents use when judging wether to restore the account.

They have held £500 of my money for 180 days.

I’m not reallly interested in the money just a bothered about a nice pp/eb partnership being ended.

Create a BBB dispute. Even if you're not interested in the money or the account, just complain about what happened, they will reveal the reason that they limited it at least partially.

I believe most of us here felt the same.
Did you have any backup stealth accounts?

If you are absolutely sure there are no errors on your end, then it's out of your control and it's a random sweep.
