Personal and Business accounts got limited because of a silly mistake
The story is quite long, but I'll try to make it as short as it can.
In late 2017, I decided to start selling on eBay so I created a business account on both eBay AND PayPal.
Recently (maybe 2 months ago), I came to the conclusion that I should sell personal and business items separately, so I also created personal accounts on both platforms.
A couple of days ago, both of my PayPal accounts got limited simultaneously. I tried to contact customer support, but they would only say that I broke the user agreements without actually giving me a reason/explanation.
However, the person on the phone did mention a 3rd account and then it clicked. I had a personal account on PayPal about 2-3 years ago, that I only used for online purchases.
I completely forgot to close the first personal account before opening the new one...
Is there anything I can do to prove that this was all a silly mistake? (e.g. the history of transactions on the first account)
I stopped using the first personal account back when i opened the business account in 2017.
Any sort of help would be appreciated!
