Hi,

I have Malaysian account, its old a/c and verified by CC and documents. Its my main account and I use this account in routine. I received $800 from one company and I also login and checked amount and then logout.

Next day when I tried to login then got that usual message "Paypal noticed some unusual activity" and I was given 3 options to verify. Receive Code at email, Receive Text or Upload documents.

I received email and entered code successfully then I was asked to upload document or receive text. Since its stealth account so I used f.a.k.e phone number and only option left is uploading document.

Passport used in this account was expired in 2018 and I got new passport. Today am trying to upload document but it says "Sorry, the document seems to have different info than what you have with us. Please try another document." Malaysia changed passport template a little but and also photo on passport is a little bit changed and also passport number is naturally changed.

I tried to upload this new passport few times but each time I get same error. Then I uploaded old passport and it says "this document is expired and no longer valid (similar message)".

I am trying to find a way to contact Paypal i.e. any kind of form but I am stuck here, how to contact Paypal when I can't login to my account. I even can't login to Paypal Community portal without logging in to Paypal account.

I want to avoid phone call.

Please help me how to solve this problem i.e. upload new document or contact Paypal by email/form.

have you tried FB and Twitter,Paypal is there .

I tried again and was able to upload new document and later I was able to login to Paypal.
