Call their customer service is all you can do. They may reject your request to get your money out early. And then you have to wait as others have said IF they DO NOT decide to fine you for damages for violating their User agreement/Acceptable Use policy before the 180 days are up. If so, then you get a lawyer to get information from PayPal as to why you were banned and/or fined.

Yep. They shut my legit 13 year old account down 12/31. Luckily I never trusted them and kept it cleaned out. They got me for $25.00. I went so far as to cancel a 20 year old CC I had linked and shut down a checking account that was also linked. I still have the legit Ebay account with 5000+ 100% F.B. Trying to figure out how to salvage that. I was selling gun parts on ebay. I started a website a couple years ago as I saw something like this coming. Doing well with that. Not sure what ebay is going to do as I have a balance due. I killed 500 some listings and put them on my site.

They love our planet so much, they want to make it a better place by fighting ML and terrorism. It's just a coincidence they need to keep our monies to do that. :croc:

There's nothing you can do. Your money is gone. Instead of dwelling on and on about it for the next 180 days, just to be disappointed once again when they still won't release it, here's what you can do:
1. Create new stealth accounts
2. Find low risk products to sell for profit. Note IPTV is not one of them!
3. Earn your losses back and chalk up your mistake to an expensive lesson learned.

I applied for that and have not heard back. I think its invitation only. I am a power seller but not for long as I have no listings now. I do have an authorize.net account for my website. I am not going to sell gun parts on ebay anymore as I have been suspended probably 10 times for up to 30 days over it. I do sell other stuff too so I need to stay there either by saving this account or starting up a stealth which I know absolutely nothing about.

I did talk to a seller here. I either spooked him or he is too busy to reply. I am going to attempt to get my ebay account back up with a legit or sly PP. Gonna let it rest for a few months before making an attempt. Gonna build some different search cookies in the meantime.

Yes, it is vague. They do what they want. I was given a time out once for using the words "Sears and Roebuck" in a listing. They ban the sale of sears (A sear releases the hammer or firing pin) but if you search sear you will find many sellers openly selling them. I have also seen many receivers for sale and sold. A receiver is considered the firearm and requires an FFL transfer. It is a felony to send a receiver directly to a non FFL.

This happened to me I had away a 180 days it's a pain In the down time I just made another pay pal account lol

I was not saying I was not going to pay ebay. I was concerned I would not be able to do so with paypal account shut down. I checked and did find a button with an address I could mail payment to, which I did.
