Soft limitation.
 

So my account got limited, however I can sell accept payments and withdraw.
I gave all the requested info the got this...


At this time, the limitation on your PayPal account cannot be removed until the below issues are resolved.

To help us resolve this, you will need to:
- Describe the products and/or services associated with your PayPal transaction/s.

If these transactions are associated with a website:
- Please provide access to the URLs of any website/s where these transactions originated. 
- The backstage Orders screenshots from your websites

If these transactions are not associated with sales from a website:
- Please provide specific information as to the nature of the transactions.
- Please provide complete product catalog / description of type of service that you provided and please also describe the related sales / marketing channels.
- Provide a record of your contact with the buyer, such as screenshots of the incoming and outgoing mail, which shall specify the product/order information and buyer information.


I sell only on Facebook marketplace and through Messenger. Will screenshots of my sales ads and coversations be enough? As thats really only what I have.

Try to give them what they ask for. This doesn't sound to me like a normal bot suspension. Maybe this department uses common sense.

I think its something to do with the 3 month thing? Thats when the account is elidgable for a working capital loan?

Best thing to do is send them a letter explaining what you are selling and how you are selling on a PDF document. Then combine that with any screenshots, conversations and any other evidence you have and send that to them. You can easily do that by converting those files to PDF and then combine them with your letter.
