Need Help Asap ! 180 days Passed
 

Hi there ! On 17th of July, 2019 my PayPal account has been permanently banned. Reason ? I DONT KNOW. After providing the national ID they closed it. Anyway i still had 1260€ in my account so I called them and they told me after 180 I will be able to get my money back. Ok, no worries, i can wait... and that time ha now passed by 3 days when I’m posting this and still not a single email about my paypal account and the instructions on how should I withdraw the money. I really want your help because I really dont know what to do... I will try to call them but im 100% sure they wont do anything.

^update - called them, told me i already uploaded a valid National Id ( why the **** did i get banned then lol ) so all i have to do so my funds can be eligible for withdraw is to provide a document as a proof of adress other than the National ID. They e-mailed me and gave me a link where im supposed to submit that. Will do that really soon, hope a bank statement its a valid proof. Will let you know :)

They thought your account posed too much of a risk.

Yep, I know that. Hope after I provide the Proof of Adress they will release my funds so i can withdraw them. Will keep you updated
