Help with my PayPal account

I have a problem with my PayPal account,i need some help from any members pls,my PayPal account has been been on limitation for the last 4 months,and I have funds in there,they told me I have to wait 180 days,I tried to change my emails address because I can’t remember the password but it won’t let me,I called PayPal regarding this problem and they told me I cannot change it because my account is on limitation ,can anyone advice me what to do pls Thanks.

Actually, I don’t understand - why do you want to change email of limited PP if you don’t remember the password

Just wait 2 more months and withdraw all your money to bank account, then forget about this PP, email and password

the email address is his PaYPAL account ID,if he does not have the password,how can he get his money out??

I have the password for my PayPal account ,the one I don’t have is the password for my email address .

just log in to PayPal, attach bank account and withdraw outstanding balance to it. you can do that even without access to email
