Pp account limited, possible new job only pays through pp
 

I am applying for a new job and they pay through pp only.

I have a pp account I use on eb but it's in my Aunt's name.
Any idea how to do this?
My pp account was permanently limited a few years
ago after a billing dispute, they said my items were too risky.

You have got to be kidding. NEVER heard of a company paying with PP . Some have PAYCARDS. What kind of company is it?

Seems a little odd that they pay wages only through paypal and yet they don't accept it as a payment option on there website?

sounds like they can chargeback your wages if they dont like the quality of your work. i would not do it unless its via ff ,

My aunt is 73, doesn't use pp and it doesn't matter how much
she makes. And, yes I trust her.
She's the one letting me use her info on the pp account

You can have multiple emails on a pp account but
do the names have to match to receive money?

From what I know, all they need from you to send you money on PayPal is your email, that's it

you can have 6 email address,one being the primary one.but there is only one balance,ONE NAME AND ONE ADDRESSwhih would be your aunt.
I doubt your employer will find out the email address you give them belonged to a paypal account which is not in your name,unless you tell them.
But if your aunt is 73,she will still file income tax return ,if her paypal account receives 200 transactions and $20K in payments (business),then she will get a 1099K from Paypal,so would IRS

There are employers who use Paypal for payroll,in fact Paypal advertised how wonderful it is.
I have seen actors receiving their pay via Paypal,they are not happy as Paypal takes a cut,if you receive a payroll check,you dont see that.
Ditto with foreigners who work for Youtube companies (not youtube) like making videos of their country customs and sites being paid via Paypal.
It saves the employer money ,he does not need a payroll dept or bank wiretransfer,but it is unfair for the recipient. as she could be paying 30 cents plus 2.9-4.4%

that means the recipient does not pay it

they pay you through paypal because they are paying for your service,
cannot understand why anyone who would be qualified for proofreading which requires high level of skills would do it for $20-$30 an hour

how much skill is required for proof reading?
$20-$3o aint bad if you can work at home,any hour.
But then we dont know what she is proof reading.
Do you know they sent pepsmear tests to contract workers who work at home on kitchen table.back then they only get a few dollars per piece

The proofreading is of graduate educational materials.
MIT is one of their clients.
It's not only proofreading for spelling it's also for grammatical mistakes.

money is money,go for it.
You said they are picking up the Paypal fee,so thats fair.
