quick question
 

my friends account got limited....he has a stealth account and has ebay fees up to $1700... and paypal account that he has collected $3000 and has 2000 thousand locked... if he doesent send items and obviously the people will eventually get there money back by paypals policy... would he be in any trouble by not paying the fees and leaving a negative balance on paypal???

Yes. paypal will end up limiting the account
Tell your friend to join the forum so the answers can be given directly to him and not via you. Otherwise mistakes get made And that will not be the fault of the forum. :peace:

Maybe it would be best if your title had some kind of subject matter so others could benefit from this thread. Well probably not this thread as in my opinion it borders on being unethical.

I personally don't think this is a ethical approach, forcing YOUR customers to file claims while you keep their money. :nono: No wonder eBay is losing its customer base, which hurts sellers like you and me alike.
