paypal limitation, Proof of fulfillment
 

hey guys
i sell digital items on ebay and my paypal got limited. One of the requirements to lift the limit is too provide Proof of fulfillment for certain transactions. anyone here does know where can i or how can create such docs.

In the past sellers would just send blank envelopes with tracking for the requested transactions then upload tracking to PayPal but I don't suppose that will work in 2020.
You can try that but I suppose your account is toast anyway.

Start spreading your business across other accounts or change your niche to physical products.

what about if i send them screenshots of the messages between me and the buyers

You can try that, but I don't think they're being upfront with you.
I suspect your account is already toasted. They're just filling the gap (in retrospect) of what led to it.

is selling digital items illegal to paypal ? no cuz i already called and they said its totally good

Well, ask all your buyers to leave you feedback and inbox you confirmation that they're happy with their purchase.
Send these to PayPal and hop for the best.

Had this happening to me lately. I just gave them a few tracking numbers I had for other packages (addressed to other customers tho whom i sold tangible goods) and added the other documents they asked for. I remember that I once called in and the Paypal rep told me what they are really after is the ID doc.

This is your best option.
Selling digital items on ebay is really risky, and so with paypal.

this will work if you are selling both physical and digital items and please Paypal with some tracking numbers,if they are not looking at specific digital transactions,it would not work.

concerning the fulfilment, you must send a screenshot of the order (make sure that the logo of ebay appears clearly).:ranger:
