How long new PP accounts are risky???

Hi Folks!

After getting 5-6 payments of 50-80 USD NEW PayPal accounts get limited and ask for additional information.

Questions:
1. How long is the risky period for new PP accounts?
2. What is the threshold of the number of transactions and their amounts for getting limited on new PP accounts?

Need to know this information for not putting new accounts under risk.

Only PayPal experts' specific replies are expected. Others, please do not flood the thread.

Thanks

What if I passed first limitation successfully? How many times they may limit an account for asking my information?

The risk always exists, but in the first several months the risk of limitation is much higher if to get a few big payments. Then accounts become stronger.

Anything out of the ordinary can cause a limitation / merchant review.

Do everything in moderation.

So if you always receive $50-80 payments it will be normal. All of a sudden you start continuously receiving $200-500 it will trigger the bots and a paypal rep will take a peek.

Logically so but never 100% safe, regardless of what is done - sadly

I am shaking-up my new PP accounts for 2 months with little payments. Then starting accepting big payments and nothing happens to them. If I accept 6 payments 60 USD each on newly created account it goes limited.

Yes - slowly ramp up activity

That's a lot for a new Paypal account if the payments were received in a short space of time. The same goes for accounts that aren't new, but don't have any payment history

Paypal is NEVER safe, unless you know it deep, very deep!
However eBay payments impact is lower than direct Paypal payment from another account
If you do Paypal to Paypal, you should be EVER with open eyes
