Can someone help me with a question please? A friend of mind just had his paypal limited. He wants to use mine. His is a stealth account says that that ip's have to match.. Is this doable?

He should have no problem logging into your Paypal account as long as you give him permission,with your password and residing in same country as you.
but why would anyone let others use their paypal account,do you let people use your checkbook?

Nope, you'll get limited also. what he should do is start from scratch with a fresh account.
