Paypal CC Number on old paypal - advice
So 5 years ago I lost my original Ebay and Paypal for selling things I originally bought on eBay. They were vero but since everyone was selling them I continued to sell. eBay banned me. Paypal said I couldn't use it anymore. But I continued to get email alerts from them. Now they are telling me my CC is expiring.
So it looks like they kept my paypal ACTIVE for buying but I cannot use to receive money? Is there any upside of having a paypal attached to real name and SSN to use to buy things? |
