Paypal Requesting ID after selling for 2 months

So ive had this PayPal stealth since christmas 2019,
Ive been selling fine and selling small value items and this month Feb. i had an increase in sales of items and sold more risky items. all item was shipped same day and physical items. with tracking purchased labels directly from eBay. 3k in 1 week. this morning i get an email " we need some information from you" its asking for me for ID.
and tracking number but i didnt have to it was already filled and was grayed out submitted . do you think its worth buying Docs from second to provide the ID.
I have a bank connected and everything to this account.
opinions please

Don't sell too fast. Any such spike in sales may trigger a bot to flag you.

Give them what they're asking for even if you think they already have it.

See if anyone in the Marketplace can help you with docs.

Good luck and I hope you spread your sales across several accounts and go slowly next time.
