2 months ago I received a temporarily limited by PayPal, they asked me for tracking, ID and address verification. I passed it so far so good.
Today I received one more limited and this time they request:
Submit your inventory receipts
Provide your business information
Vendor/supplier information
Why do they do that? Also, what is the differcent between inventory receipts and vendor/supplier information? |

Supplier info is their address, phone, etc. |

Maybe if you give us some more info wed be able to offer some more detailed answers. |

Maybe if you give us some more info wed be able to offer some more detailed answers. | I sell a few different items, but mostly fitbits. All have tracking, and all are sent. I never had any claims. I had one claim last week, but it was a mistake and is all sorted! Quote:

Fitbits are a problem. Only authorized resellers can sell these and they cannot sell below MSRP. | So what you are telling me is, they won't restore my account. I sold them for like 5 months and sold around +300... I have another PayPal account, should I just add it to my eBay and sell further? |
| SaiJin | 03-16-2020 06:08 PM | Re: Second limited in 2 months Adding a 2nd PP account to the current eBay account is a bandaid and a temporary solution. I still recommend you start making and using new back up accounts while this one is still alive , so when it is suspended for good, you'll at least have these backups to work with |

Always have backups. Consider yourself fortunate that you were able to sell 300+ without issues until now. I suspect that many accounts never get that far. |

By the way, eBay already asked me for supplier information etc and I sent the same documents as I sent to Pay Pal and they restored my account. Don't you think Pay Pal will do the same. This PayPal is in high standard, with many legit purchases etc |

Supplier information is from where you bought those products |

"We noticed that the price of the items you are selling is lower compared to some of your competitors. How are you able to sell at this price and what’s your profit margin?" |

What is your profit margin? None of your f*cking business. |

When your one and only account is completely toast, you're out of business. If you slowly start building a few other accounts starting from TODAY, by the time your main account is nuked sooner or later, you'll be able to continue selling with little interruptions. Quote:

What is your profit margin? None of your f*cking business. | Indeed! What the fck type of a question is that? I need your supplier's info and profit margin breakdown.
OP, you need to make sure you list the items as used, refurbished or new(other) and described in the description as "Refurbished and as good as new. No signs of use. Still in original packaging." If you list the items as BNIB, I think you'd decrease your chances of passing Ebay's inevitable interrogation down the line. |

All the question they asked is PayPal. First, they requested 3 documents which all got accepted, then they asked for bank statement, proof of fulfilment and then the question above, currently waiting for their response. | | All times are GMT -5.
