PayPal limited - proof of fulfilment

Hey, so PayPal have limited my account. I do need to provide some info, one of them is proof of fulfilment. I have sold an item on eBay. So the question is - if I give the tracking does the item need to be already delivered, or shipped is enough? Thanks for answering.

The items must be successfully delivered.

Just wait for them to be ALL marked as delivered, before you make the appeal.

they wont make a decision about ur acc limitation until the items are delivered without complaints , it's my experience

you should provide tracking now,by the time Paypal reviews your account,it could have been delivered,if not,it would show in transit,which is proof you have shipped
