Does every paypal ask for supplier information now?

I have several paypal after selling 2 items been asked about supplier information. Does it happen to every single paypal now sooner or later?

did you get limited with this info

you can provide this by ordering off of amazon and using their amazon invoice

Yeah I figured it was a month old paypal and have 2 orders on the same day...

yeah, sooner or later any paypal ask for that. 2 times it happened to me after reciving 2x 10 gbp. most times after 2-4k. one time after 40k. but so fat every single paypal asked that. sometimes they accept the docs and 1 week after they ask again (and accept it again).
