Hello,

how does PayPal verify IDs ?

Lets say u have one account in Mexico which was perm limited


then u go ahead with new IP new address (all verified)

and same Passport are they linking the new German account with the mexican account together ?

or is there a sep between North America & Europe ?

Again different IPs, different addresses, different Phone Numbers........
Different User-Accounts and different EBay Accounts (did manually verify it with Ebay customer service in Germany) was approved with 5k Starterlimit

The ID is of course real, but limitation (permanent) in Mexiko was: couldnt verify ID.......
