Am I going to be permanently limited?

Hello everyone,

Recently, I started selling a gaming-related service where I help someone online in a certain activity in a video game (Destiny 2 if anyone is wondering) for a fee ($20.) I decided to post this service on eBay because a few of my friends informed me that a lot of people sell this same service on the website. I decided to post this on eBay and it gained a lot of traction and I received a lot more orders than I would have ever expected. Within 4 weeks, my listing received over 250 orders and I completed all of them. Many of my customers left positive feedback and I had no problem with any of my customers.

Fast forward to now, Paypal decided to limit my account. I am assuming this is because I went from not using my Paypal in months to receiving over $5000 in one month. They wanted to receive certain info regarding my identity and what I was selling. I reuploaded my photo ID, confirmed my identity again, and had to fill out a section where I explained all of my transactions. I essentially told them I am selling an online service through eBay and that none of my customers had any problems. Another thing I had to fill out was a section titled "Provide proof of fulfillment." Essentially they wanted me to provide proof that I delivered what was ordered. For this section, all I did was show proof of the order through eBay and a picture of the positive feedback they left.

The last thing I need to fill account regarding my account limitation is a section titled "Provide purchase receipt from your seller." They want me to provide receipts for the items they sold, but like I have mentioned multiple times already this is a digital good/service. I do not know what to fill out in the section. I contacted Paypal on twitter last week regarding this and they sent me a reply saying the following, "Thanks for following up with me. I'll forward the information that there aren't suppliers involved to the appropriate parties for review. You should receive a follow up email from us within 24-48 hours." I thought after receiving this I was going to be good, but it has been 4 days now and I have not received an email. They are also not answering me on twitter now. When I look at my Paypal account, this is the only section I need to fill out.

I have a few questions regarding this whole situation. Should I fill out this section with something random even though I have no purchase receipts? I put half of the money in my bank already but I still have $2300 in the account. And I have a few more questions since I have never been limited on Paypal before. Will I receive this money if they decline what I sent them and they decide to further limit my account? I've seen some stories online about people having money stuck in their Paypal account for good. I provided all legitimate info regarding my identity, my bank account, and my ssn and did not use any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names. I am okay with having to wait 180 days if I get permanently limited as long as I can get the money in my bank after. I honestly just want the money I rightfully earned.

Well if acct name is real and you have a bank acct attached and they don't unsuspend you, you will get your money in 180 days.
