Paypal Limitation Help!! No access to money

Ive had a stealth in a relative's name (she's 13) for about 9 months and recently had a spike in sales causing concern with paypal asking for Ssn or itin, i ignored it for a week and now they froze the account. Ive sold over 200 sales but only just under 4k in the last 90 days. My questions are: Has anyone had success and passed the review using a stealth in a minor's name and ssn? or will the mismatching birthdates cause a problem? Will i get the money in my account eventually? I figured i will call them and explain i do not give out my ssn and hope worse case they release the money. I dont plan on reaching the 20k with this account. I need to know if i should bother giving them the ssn

Hello! How can I see my withdrawal ability is limited or not. I got a warning in the right top that I have to provide SSN as US tax payeer to avoid account limitation but I want to know is it already limited, or I can still accept and withdraw money. Maybe some special page with my account health?

Is SSN automatically checked with a PayPal database?
