I get them ALL THE TIME (probably over 100 of my pp accounts had that) and I got 95% of them restored.
You got ID, tracking, activity-info and supplier invoice, right? LOL
50% I get restored without providing ANY info - just with a call.
Easy to beat, don't give up.
Don't bother with Filipinos. Hang up, once you hear "Sir", and try again.
Obviously: Customer service not working right now, so be patient.
