If you get suspended from paypal and then buy a new acccount..how in the world do you get past the limititaions that are bound to happen and then you will need a photo ID of the account holder? How do you get the photo ID of the account holder if you are not them? I do not want to waste money on a new account and then get limitations and not be able to lift them?

No not what im saying..i just know that every paypal account i have ever had always get limited when you start making sales through Ebay, so Im just trying to plan ahead of time. Sorry for the confusion, thanks!

I see a bigger problem than wondering if a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID will pass PayPal's security (50/50 chance at best).
Why has every PayPal account you have had been restricted? It's not normal
Sure, PayPal is horrible, but not 100% of the time, which means your business model and practices must be horrible.
If it's the product you sell - sell something else.
Ifs it's your returns, poor service, item not described, chargebacks, excessive angry customers, violations including retail arbitration, risky behavior, drop shipping, etc... clean it up.
Many sellers have great success on keeping most or all of their PayPal accounts in good standing. Change for the better and you'll sleep better at night.

He probably sold more than two things over $50 ea when he first opened it,
Anytime I've done that PayPal limited me.

I think sell one thing first week, 2 things second week etc if you want to be really cautious and not waste time.

First of all if they ask for any type of ID doc then you didn't operate the account correctly.

It could be because you went over the yearly limit or you get a lot of disputes or you're selling too much too soon.

Did Op make those prior accounts herself and if they are banned,it could be she does not know what she is doing.
Now she is asking if she buys one here,would same happen?
she has to ask the seller who sold her the account for photo ID,etc,but sooner or later Papal will be asking for SSN,and no one would give you an SSN,if he does,you dont want it either.

From my experience, once you pass a threshold in yearly sales Paypal asks for ID. What's the threshold? In the US, Europe and ROW?

I have sent creative IDs and in both cases my appeal was denied. So one has to ask is that the route with all Paypal accounts these days?

Perhaps it's better to have a US Paypal? Is the threshold for US Paypal 20k year? Europe is 2500 euros? And ROW?

If you have a selling limit of only 2500 per year, can you have 4 Paypal accounts for each Ebay Account and once you are getting near the 2500 limit you just change the paypal account linked to the Ebay account? Or is it better to have 4 Ebay accounts each linked to a singular Paypal account?
