Permanent Limitation 2k EURO - Italy No Stealth Account (180 days)
 

Paypal have recently permanently limited my Italian Personal account with 2k Euro inside it.

The message I received was as follows:

"we have limited your account permanently
After a recent review of your account activity, we determined that your account violates the PayPal Use Policy. As a result, we have limited it permanently.
As set out in the Terms of Use, when PayPal permanently restricts an account for violation of the Allowed Use Rules, the money in the account is blocked for 180 days. After 180 days, if applicable, we will contact you with information on how to transfer the money to your PayPal account.
In the event that any chargebacks result in a negative balance, it will also be necessary to adjust the amount due to PayPal to avoid further actions.

IT PayPal, IT eBay, legit documents, my own personal account since 2008.
No issue with paypal and ebay and since 2008 I have never been asked for any documents from paypal except clearly to unlock the initial limits of 2,5 K euro.
I have always sold digital goods and in the last period, since I had made clients outside ebay, I have always received many payments through the family friends mode.

And without any warning, suspended for an unlimited time :smash:

Any insight most appreciated. I am also reading instances where 180 days and at the end of it PP take your money and do not let you remit it to your bank account. Paypal to Paypal payment.

You could be money laundering ... how do they know ? this is why digital goods & friends and family payments are a big no no in the world of paypal.
