whenever you make a gaypal KEEP THE COOKIES FROM DAY ONE even if your limited and have to wait 180 days if your limited for 180 days ADD A BANK AT LEAST 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO RELEASE OR SOONER!!, this will solve 90% of withdrawal issues after 180 days!!!! your welcome

if you did everything what i said, all you need to make sure is your not using some abused IP address.

I mean this doesn't stop them from stealing your money though after 180 days. If we could a solve an effective method to combat that it would be great.
