I am also interested in the AUP violation. I sold face masks at a reasonable price, I got a perminant suspension for AUP violation but they wont say what the violation was, the AUP section is a small read and I can't see what I have done wrong?? I am super worried because I owe $1200 in ebay fees that I can't pay without my PP ballance and and have 10k locked in the PP account. its all my own details legit account since 2008.. any ideas?

Update! I was able to wtihdraw finally omfg. Im so glad this worked out. Thanks everyone for the support you guys are the great.

You're lucky, there's a huge thread of people who had their funds stolen on the 179th day for AUP damages... Some people lost up to 300k.

I'm glad to hear you got your money. I get nervous getting payments over $1k. $15k is a lot of money in one transaction especially if the account doesn't normally see a lot of big transactions.

Hi how are you friend?
I saw where you posted to send you a PM to find out how to retrieve funds after 180 days. I desperately need help. I have almost 9,000 locked and I was supposed to get the email to release the funds in June. I never got the email, and paypal never took the funds. The funds are still sitting there. And I have no way to contact them. They do not answer the phone. And do not answer messages. I would appreciate it this greatly as my family is in great need of this money during these tough times.

Old thread, please make a new one.

To answer your question as long as you have a bank account in the PP you can simply withdraw the funds.

Unless you were suspended for inauthentic items.
