My Paypal has been limited with The "we need more information limit"


What's the Best ID to submit to them with the highest pass right ?

Passport or Drivers Licence ?


And are "secondeyesolution.ch" ID'S Pass right good ? As I've used them twice and I've not had any success.

But don't Paypal have access to check ether if the passport or Drivers licence is real or not ?

And is SecondeyeSolution Good ? As I've not had any success with them.

Secondeye used to work fine. I used their IDs to lifted many limited account. But for the past year or so I ordered 3 times from them and they were all denied by paypal. I am not sure if its luck or paypal actually have access to match the id number with some info system. All IDs I ordered were drive licenses I am wondering if I can use passport from other country instead since I do not see paypal has any access to other country's population database. Any ideas?

I haven't tried other country passports...hmm worth an experiment though

I would prefer getting the ID From someone here tbh as I've had more success. Who on here does ID ?
