Re: Paypal "sorry we can't long you in". Please help
I had the same thing happen to one of my stealth's from Canada, the IP no longer worked so I had to use a new IP, when trying to log in it went through a security check like yours, then it says "sorry we can't log in you, if you think its an error please contact us" only way i can re-login is by changing the password... but again after about an hour it gives me the same problem. So I contacted Paypal, the rep said she needed to send a text to verify my account but i don't have a working number, I use burner app that it doesn't work to get codes, she said I can call back and the rep can just remove the security check from the account, not sure if that's the case....I had to go ahead and order a prepaid phone to see if it will work, I hope it does |
