A temporary limitation has been placed on your account - Appears on stealth account
Hi Guys
I bought and ebay and paypal stealth account way back in 2017, I have just started to use the accounts beginning of this year and have been selling car accessories such as emblems. However i've come across two issues -
First of all the bank account which was linked has expired, but i have two legit paypal account can i use the bank details used on those accounts or not and if not what ways and guidelines do i need to follow to link a bank account.
And secondly and most importantly last few days im getting the following message -
"A temporary limitation has been placed on your account
We need you to take action on your account. Access to some features in your account will be limited until you've completed the required tasks and provided the information we've requested. We'll remove the limitation after we've reviewed the information you provide.

Account impact
Receive money or payments
Pay using PayPal
Refund money to customers
Send money or payments
Withdraw money from PayPal"
When i click resolve it ask me to confirm my ID and personal details and also add a bank account or card, Unfortunately this is a Stealth account so i have not ID to use to resolve this. Any ideas how to get out of this one. |
