PayPal asking for a lot of info?!?
 

Hi guys, today i got my personal account limited for the moment.
They want invoice from supplier, contract with supplier, they want me to tell them how my business is structured, they want proof of shipping of the packages. I sent them all the docs and info, i think i got this limitation because i had to refund a couple of orders because due to the virus the packages are stuck and didn't update at all..

I sent them the same docs that i sent Ebay to lift the MC011 limitation, with ebay worked 2 times with the same account, now i will wait if this works with paypal aswell, they told me via phone that the info are to make sure that i don't do money laundering.. I already passed the 20k and 200 transactions.

Have you guys had this limitation as well right? did you solve this?

Standard procedure, all accounts will go through that at some point.

Spikes in sales, refunds or abnormality and just luck of the draw can trigger it.

You should pass it if you passed the MC011 limitation with the same docs. Good luck.

I got it restored but they put 30% reserve for every payment that i will get.. and will give me the funds after 90 days. It's crazy

Yeah, i had to do 7-8 refunds due to the package still stuck and not updating even if i spent money on shipping and product.. and i do dropshipping.. they will review the account after 6 months and tell me if they will remove the reserve
