Paypal Correction!!!

Hello, I need help! After being locked for 180 days, I waited until the deadline to withdraw money ... After That, when I went into my account, I saw all the money of $ 3800 was transferred from my Business PayPal account to the Paypal bank account ... They arbitrarily transferred my money without any prior notice or contact ...everyone's help and advice please. thanks
