Account Perm Limited for not using real name
I will make this short and concise.
I had a PayPal account open for about 2 years with 0 problems, I had a loan shop open and there were no issues apart from me opening a couple of disputes due to people not paying me back and it got resolved.
When my account got limited, I gave in the documents but I had used my nickname instead of my real name so since the documents didn’t match, it got perm limited (as far as I know). My address was fine
I sent in a formal complaint via the PayPal website and a few days later the executive emailed me back telling me why it’s remained limited and how the documents verifying my name didn’t match, but my address did. They told me that it had nothing to do with payments and such.
And they said I can no longer appeal but create a new account under my legal name.
I also used my spare business account which had about $60 which got perm limited a day after, how can I remove this too?
Overall: How can I manage to convince them to remove the limitation on both my accounts?
