Default How much is too much?

Hi,

How much money can I receive on PayPal so they won't limit my account? I sold over $700 the first week on one of my accounts and got limited. I don't want to make the same mistake again.
I heard not to sell over $50 the first week. What about the second week? Can i make a double or more?

Do you know who can create an invoice/ID? I want to try to take that chance.

I would keep it around 100, then maybe double it every week but keep the numbers randomized and not like you're orchestrating it

i often get limited after 1-2 sales of 20 gbp. i december i got 1.5k daily from the first day and never got limited.

I think it is very random, but from experience if you get limited after 1-2 sales the chance is almost 100% to restore the account

@OP, PP does seem to limit based on projected sales rate as well but a lot also depends on what is being sold and how risky an item is.

burbur is sort of correct except for 100% on account restoration sadly.

this , exactly this , i was wondering i posted a thread on this, what is your experince with getting it restored, and how often will it get relimited again?

my prior accounts would sell 5k a month no issues
this new one now after one sale had the same issue

is this just a new security policy? or bad luck

Did you use the aged accounts that you didnt have issues on or fresh accounts?

I can't remember how many/what amount I sold when i got flagged the first time. It just asked me to provide a photo ID to keep my account secure (it could of been after i transfered a small amount of money to my bank). I ignored it and was able to transfer the money to my account the second time.
On the 3rd time is when I got flagged the second time. They declined the bank transfer and are asking for my ID and invoices.

When i bought that account, i removed the paypal that was attached to it and made a different paypal using the same stealth name. I did it because i couldnt change the address on the original paypal account that was provided. Maybe thats also the reason it triggered the system?

I get it restored almost every time (unleast there are to many cases).
I use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ trackings and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices only real doc is the ID.

Chances to get a limitation are low but it also happened to me that i got a limitation a week after the first one was removed (I passed the second one aswell).

I think amount for how much you sell is not that important. it is more about your behavior.

I do not think it is a new security policy. They do it to be less predictable, so it is harder for people to make a system to scam paypal.

May I know please from where you got the tracking ID as I send items via local courier and it doesn't have any tracking (live or receipt )

Thanks

Local courier should provide you some sort of receipt though when asked, no?

Sometimes you may get limitation even if you sell $50. it depends on many factors like what the item is. on ebay or outside. the buyer also affects limiation. if you get payment from suspicious buyer it could lead to limitation.

National Carriers are not updated half of the time. Am talking about ipswebtracking. So even with tracking number I can't do much and PayPal will not listen to this. So need to have alternatives.

Lemme know if you can assist me in this case.

Thanks
