PayPal G&S TO F&F

Hi, I received recently a transaction from a friend as payment for Goods or Services he didn't define the transaction as Freind or Family now my account got limited how can I proof to Paypal that this transaction it's from a friend not a payment for Goods or Services can anyone help, please?

send them an invoice for anything and a random trackingnumber from anywhere. that's beter than saying it was a gift

Thanks for your help, I wonder if I tell them that this is a transaction for an offline service so no need for a tracking number.:noidea:
