germany paypal limited immediately
 

yesterday and today, Every time I make a new paypal account with Germany address, it gets limited immediately, the account only fill in data, email not confirm and no vcc or bank added.

I made the paypal account without problem before, only yesterday and today.

I have tested on netherland and canada paypal, no such problem immediately limitation

can anyone have a try?

why do you want a german paypal? why not any other country

just try this link still not working for me, I have try ipburger with residential ip, datacenter ip, VPS , no success

I can use german bank, as I told before on 2018, paypal change policy, adding a german bank to other eu paypal, will get limited immediately, and few days ago, I found that a old netherland paypal with history, adding a german bank account will not be limited.

same behaviour here since a month or so. I stopped to produce DE paypal accounts

no, I still can create germany paypal 2 days ago, but the rate of limitation from initial registration is increase than before.

yes, there 2 days I also cannot register german paypal, but netherland and canada paypal no problem on initial creation, I have just success created 1 german paypal account, this time I used real address, not generated.

I created german paypal only using generated address before, maybe try to create few paypal by using real address if work
