PayPal Asking For Supplier Invoice

Hi guys, paypal is asking for my supplier invoice, if i ship the packages from China can i send them an invoice from a supplier in another State? or the invoice need to be with a supplier in China?

If its unbranded, i would use your suppliers invoice...if its branded, i would try to use a reputable suppliers invoice.

That's just me, Maybe someone else with recent experience can chime in.

has anyone ever tried to send invoices from suppliers from other states even if the parcels were shipped from china?
