getting the below message -

When i click resolve i get below message -

I bought this stealth account 3 years ago and started to use this year.

So basically i shouldn't have bought a stealth account as the vendor does not provide the ID

No, you can buy a stealth acc just fine from a good vendor and practice your sales the right way so that you won't get asked for doc...

All EU / UK stealth Paypal accounts have to provide photo ID and address proof at some point.

There are always solutions for docs. ;)

Sooner or later ALL accounts will be asked for ID. Unless you'll manage to suspend one sooner than they ask for ID, ofc.
