£30k ON THE LINE!! HELP ME
 

Hi everyone,

need some expert advice here please.

Just got my paypal restricted with £30k stuck inside.

it's my personal legit account that has been running for a few years but spiked in sales volume until the recent few weeks.

I received this email:

We need some information from you to help us understand your business better.

Until we've received your information, some features in your account will be limited. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you've provided the information we've requested.
If you're unable to submit the required information by or if we notice additional changes in your account activity your access will be further limited

Submit your inventory receipts
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier
Explain your change in account activity
Explain how your business works.

My suppliers are based in china.

So will my alibaba invoices and bank statements showing alibaba payments be sufficient to get my account back?

dont really want to 1. get my personal business account banned and 2. have the money on hold for long duration since i need to pay for business expenses.

i have been reading alot of posts saying get creative but i question why, since i have bank statements in my name with alibaba china supplier invoices, inventory photos, warehouse photos etc..?

would appreciate the help massively.

thats what im planning to do,

but ive read on here paypal doesnt like china invoices etc.. ? not sure how accurate this is.

I everything fits and is legit then they may accept your Alibaba invoices. Sudden spikes in sales in high value items makes them nervous so just reassure them with what you have.

yes ive got supplier invoices, photos and videos of the goods at the warehouse with my company name in the scene, Alibaba SGS Inspection reports etc..

anything else i should provide to further strengthen my chance of getting the limitation removed?

Are you selling replicas, or copies that infringe on the rights of another brand?

If they're unbranded and dont copy major brands patented designs, your alibaba invoice should work

Number one rule of Stealth club should be don't leave loads of money in your Paypal :eek:

Sad to see that 30k is stuck inside - that amount just has bad optics for PP and they are asking the laundry list of submission for documents...based on past experience and other's experiences, this is not a good sign.

Even if you submit all of it, PP is well known not to reinstate the account.

You should ready yourself to wait 180 days for the funds to release....hopefully no worse action from PP...just real talk.

What category of sales were you dealing in?

I’m sure you’ve heard this before never leave large amounts of money your PayPal regardless if it’s legit or not, I personally think you should be fine as long as you wasn’t selling VerO provide them what they want and crack on.
